Steps to make to make Chukandar kofta or beetroot kofta
- Firstly prepare kofta, by adding coriander leaves, dil leaved, ginger- garlic paste, red chilli.powder, cumin powder and salt in the keema and give it a shape And keep it aside.



- Now to make gravy, take a bottom thickened utensils, add oil,now saute sliced onion until light pink in colour.Now add all the masala: red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder,salt, and ginger - garlic paste. Now saute the masala by adding 2 tsp of water Saute it until oil separates from the masala.



- Then add kofta one by one and water in the utensils.Don't stir immediately.After 5 mins stir it slight with gentle hand. Then add grated beetroot and mix them and cover it for 2 mins.



- Lastly add 1 glass of water according to the gravy consistency and cook it medium flame for about 15-20 mins.

- Chukandar kofta is ready to serve hot.
