- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 tbsp Milk powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- For making Halwa
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 cup Grated Beetroot
- 1/4 cup Milk
- as required Prepared Instant Khoya
- as per taste Sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk powder
- as required Mix Dry fruits
- 1 tsp Cashew powder
- 1/6 bowl Mashed Sapota (Chikoo)
Instructions to make to make Beetroot Sapota (Chikoo) Halwa
- First for making Instant Khoya, add 1 tbsp Ghee and heat it in a pan. Then add 1 cup Milk and 2 tbsp Sugar and let it boil..


- Once the milk is boiled properly, add 4 tbsp Milk powder and stir it continuously so that no lumps would form.


- Now let the mixture thicken until it leaves the pan and the milk evaporates completely. Let the mixture cool down for at least 10 minutes in refrigerator. The Instant Khoya is ready..
- For preparing halwa, take 2 tbsp Ghee and heat it. Once heated, add 2 cups Grated Beetroot and mix it..


- Once the beetroot becomes soft, add Sugar. Let the sugar melt completely.


- Now add 1/4 cup Milk and let it boil.

- Now add the Cashew powder, Milk powder and Instant Khoya which we prepared earlier.
