Steps to make to make Aloo Matar in Beet curry
- Chop Onion, Capsicum and tomato. Now take Potatoes, Peel it cur it into big cubes. Take water in Pressure Cooker. Add a salt as per taste while boiling potatoes. Add Peas into it. After first whistle switch off the flame. In a pot add Oil. Crush whole spices coarsely. Now add all crushed whole spices and saute it well. Crush Fenugreek using your palms and add in the oil.


- Add chopped onion, capsicum and grated carrot and beetroot. Add spices mix into it. And let it cook all together. Add salt as per taste. Stir in middle. Cover it with lid and let it cook for at least 10 minutes.

- Switch off the flame after 10 mins. Add butter let it melt in the hot curry. Garnish with Coriander. Serve with Chapati and Steamed Rice. Enjoy Meal!
