  4. Take spinach. Clean well and chop. Grind it in the mixer by adding little water. Add this puree into another half of the batter and mix well. Add water if required.
  5. You can add little water to white batter and adjust the consistency.
  6. Grease Idli mould with oil. Keep idli cooker on gas. Add water to it. Now add half teaspoon eno to each batter and mix well. Pour it in the moulds. And keep the stand inside Idli Cooker. Steam for 12 to 15 mins. Switch off the flame and Let it cool for 10 mins. Remove idlis from the moulds to a plate.
  7. Serve hot idlis with Chutney and Sambhar.
