- For eg. Take maida add ghee salt and dry masala as per the dough mixtures given up and mix well.
- Then add water very little and knead a hard dough, do not knead a soft dough.
- You will have take knead 4 seprate dough, so you will have Pink dough, Yellow dough, green dough and orange dough.
- Cover it and keep aside for 15 mine.
- Roll chapattis of everg colour seprately and then place the chappati on one another and keep adding maida flour in between the layers.
