  1. Mix rava oats in a bowl. Add curd and mix well. Cover and leave it for 15-20min.
  2. Pressure cook beetroot and tomato. Make 2-3whistles. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool.
    Open the lid and take it out. Remove skin. Chopped and churn.to make a smooth paste.
  3. Now mix beetroot pulp. Add beetroot water to adjust consistency. Add ginger garlic paste salt and eno mix it well.
  4. Fill the batter in a muffin mould. Preheat the oven for 5min. And bake for 20 min.on 180"Temp.
  5. Take out. Allow it to cool. for 5-7min.And demould.
    Mix sugar powder in hung curd. and spread on muffins.
    To make tadka:- Heat oil in a pan. Tempered mustard seeds asafoetida and chopped green chili saute and add curry leaves. Turn off the flame.Pour tadka on a muffins.
  6. Arrange in a serving plate add serve.
