- 1 pc. Roasted Corn
- 1 tbsp. Oil
- 1 pouch Masala e magic
- 2 tbsp. Chopped Cucumber
- 2 tbsp. Chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 cup coriander mint chutney
- 1 tsp. Grated ginger
- 1 pc.Chopped Tomato
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- as needed Grated cheese
- as required Carrot spring onion green chilli roasted corn for garnishing
- as needed Butter
Instructions to make to make Masala -E- Magic Corn Bhel
- Mix both flour in a paraat. Add salt carom seeds and oil. Mix properly and knead a soft dough with beetroot puree. Cover and Leave it for 10min.
Make a mid size balls and roll puri. Press it on a katori mould and prik with fork. Bake for 10-12min. On 180* temp.


- Mean while Roast Corn and take a corn kernels in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan add corn kernals and masala e magic pouch. Add 2tbsp. Water.Saute for a 2-3min. Turn off flame. Allow it to cool. - Now Add all chopped vegetables boiled and mashed potatoes lemon juice chopped chilli grated ginger and mint coriander chutney. Toss it properly. Bhel is ready.

- Take out baked katori mould. Demould and get nice pink katori. Apply butter in a katori.
- Fill all katori with roasted corn bhel mixture. Spread grated cheese and garnish with carrot beetroot coriander.
