  1. First wash the butterfly pea flowers. Put the flowers in boiling water and after the colour of the water changes drain the flowers. In this naturally colored blue water cook the rice and you will get blue coloured rice with the goodness of butterfly pea flower. So the blue rice is ready.

  6. Leave the left out quarter of rice plain. Now the 5 colored rice are ready.
  7. Add ghee to kadai and fry the peanut and take out. Now add jeera, hing, red chilli and bey leaf and temper it. Now add Mutter and carrot. saute 4 minute and then add boiled sweet corn and Capsicum. Again saute 3 to 4 minute. Now add salt and biryani masala and mix well. Now colorful crunchy vegetables are ready.
  8. Cut the onion in small pieces and let it try for sometime on a butter paper. When the onion is dry enough,fry the onion Brown. This will provide crunchiness. Mix the colourful rice.
  9. Assemble the Mix colorful Rice with the mix vegetables. Sprinkle brown crunchy onions. Rainbow
  10. The rainbow rice is ready to serve. serve the tempting rice with fried papad for unique taste.
